"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

My friend:
If you have read the preceding verses and don’t understand how to become a child of God, please understand that it is a free gift. Receiving Jesus Christ involves turning from self to God. This is called repentance. It means asking Christ to come into your life, to forgive your sins and to make you the kind of person He wants you to be. If you agree in your mind that Jesus is the Son of God, and that He died on
the cross for your sins, you have not gone far enough. We all receive Jesus Christ by faith, which is an act of the willingness of man. You must let Jesus, the Son of God, rule your life.
At this point you may be asking, "how do I do this?"
You can do this right now through prayer, which is talking with God. Following is a simple prayer that will lead you to your salvation:
"I ask you right now to come into my heart, Lord Jesus. I admit that I am a sinner
and cannot save myself. Thank you for dying for me so that I could receive forgiveness and have eternal life. My heart and life is now open and I want to receive You as my Lord and Saviour. Please take control of my life, and grant me Your pardon and peace and joy. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for hearing and answering my prayer, and for coming into my heart and life as You promised in the verses I just read. Amen."
My friend, if you have prayed this prayer and it is truly your desire,
now is the time to totally commit to Jesus, that you are going to constantly be open to his leadership of your life, on a daily basis. Begin by reading the book of John and seek out a fellowship of believers where you can worship our Lord. This will be the most important decision you have ever made. You can now begin a new life and enjoy the peace, joy, and power of knowing Jesus If you have made this all, important decision, we would like to know about it. Not for our glory, but for
